IEEE Sensors Council Standards Committee (SC-SC) has a new IEEE Standards initiative to invigorate and enhance IEEE standards for inertial technologies. IEEE has a stellar history of developing and publishing inertial standards. However, many have exceeded their useful life as new inertial technologies have matured. This is a new initiative with a call for interest in Inertial Standards.
